    For each person alive changes offers you the chance to rediscover your strengths or even to get to know them fully for the first time. It is a time to re-evaluate your personal priorities and realign personal values with your life path, whatever that may look like for you, developing new skills, resilience and a strong sense of purpose.

    As a self-development coach, both in life and in business, I work my plan, so clients realize my somewhat orthodox energy and methods do work. Change is important for growth. If you are not learning and growing, even in a small way, you might as well be dead! One small reconstruct can alter your outlook on life! I challenge you to a year of change.

    I turn 60 on February 17th. Between February 2025-February 2026, I am going to complete 60 new things. Some things are big, somethings are small and some things haven’t made it to the page yet. You are welcome to add ideas. I will make decisions on along the way.

    If you want to join on any of the adventures or have ideas, throw them out to me. Embrace Change!
